So I was feeling brokenhearted and love wasn't much of a friend of mine...and yes I was listening to Aerosmith.
And I decided what the hey, let's give a new app another shot. I'm still trying to get over my ex, and not succeeding since she's still what I dream about every day. So I need to get out there and meet new people, right?
Mocospace caught my attention. Sounded like a coffee dating app or something like that.
It claimed to have 100 million members, chill environment, play games and see live stream videos of people in my city. Cool.
When I actually downloaded it, it felt more like a Facebook clone with a Tinder sort of layout.
There's private chat and group chat which is a nice touch, since it's fun to chat with more than one friend at a time. Profiles are good, add video, photos, the like.
I think the biggest problem for me was all the ads. I get that free stuff means more intrusive ads, but these are pretty in your face.
I wouldn't say the filters worked very good either, because it's like why bother going through all these filters if I'm just going to get the same people recommended to me every time?
I do question the 100 million member thing too.
But yes it is free to try and there are online games on there you can play with people, I just don't seem to have time for a lot of them.
