What do you think are the most legit adult hookup sites?

When I mean adult hookup sites, I suppose I mean NSFW or sexual in theme. Like not safe, not PG rated or going to get banned.

The type of dating sites that allow private/public galleries of R or X rated photos.

Also, any adult hookup sites that help you find local matches and matches across the world, when you're traveling, etc.

I ask because I know a lot of sites have been accused of being spammers and have fake profiles.

I'd like to know which sites are good, legit, and even which sites are rotten and dangerous to even visit.

I'm not entirely sure which are dangerous to visit, because I don't really check those out! LOL

But I will share my thoughts on some of the better R- or X rated dating sites out there. I've included a variety of sites because legit adult hookups could mean very different things in dating.


1. Adult Friend Finder

I like this one because it's LGBTQ friendly, swinger and poly friendly, and everyone is OK discussing sex there. No prudes, lots of nudes, and even some amateurs stripping on camera for change. Forums, live chat, how can you go wrong?

2. Ashley Madison & Victoria Madison

X-rated only if you are allowed in to the private galleries, of course. But once someone likes you (meaning you liked their profile and they like yours) it's a lot of fun.

3. Alt.com & Fetlife

BDSM centered sites, very similar in the way they have forums, direct messaging, archives of member photos, and videos. Major difference is Alt is a little more extreme in my opinion.

4. Flure or Pure

Similar apps based on sharing fantasies or running personal ads on what you want "tonight" to whoever is out there. Love how the messages self-destruct too so it remains safe and anonymous.

5. Escortalligator.com / listcrawler.eu

Well this does count among the legit adult hookup sites because it does involve sex, paying, and making contacts. Just with escorts instead of single lonely women.

Personally, I would use AFF more than the other sites. I like the social media part of it, and it feels like you're surrounded by friends and FWBs you can trust.

Which would you say is better between Ashley Madison and Adult Friend Finder?

I've never joined either but was thinking about joining.

Ashley Madison doesn't have that many women. Amazing how popular the site is with married women and yet none of them ever sleep with you, right?

Adult Friend Finder I'd say has slightly more real women, but not by much.

Adult Friend Finder has more swingers and groupies, or whatever they call those...you know poly people.

There ain't no swingers on Ashley Madison though. Escorts, maybe, that I would believe.

I think you guys are better off using Hinge or eHarmony. That's where the women are.

OK, yes, Adult Friend Finder is a little more open-minded. It has a lot of different people who all want different things, sexually.

Ashley Madison appeals to cheaters.

There are SOME women on Ashley Madison, but yes, mostly the site appeals to men.

That is probably where AM has problems with catfishers, fakes, bots, scammers, etc.

PS I would add my own recommendations.

Flure, PURE, (two very similar apps that are like personal ads, but with a cool app interface) and maybe Gleeden in Europe.

I honestly am more confused by Banana Guy's post, asking for private galleries.

Why would you?

If you're looking for an escort or OnlyFans girl, I get it.

But regular one night stands are probably not going to send you nudes. That's kind of a perk of the FWB relationship.

A photo gallery of nudes is also way better than asking for nudes.

Awkwardness avoided. Give me access to your private gallery, I can see how big you are, what you look like naked, etc etc.

I do like that about PURE btw. You can send nudes and they self-destruct in a few hours. No one wants to be part of a collection!

I really don't like asking either. But photos are a must when you're dealing with anonymous sex.

And if a guy is bragging about his 12 inch dick or whatever, I think they're gonna want to see evidence.

Nothing worse than a 5 inch guy showing up after promising 12 inches!
