But keep in mind that some dating sites target these keywords, and if queer or shemale or whatever word is popular, they might go for that word.
I wouldn't call anyone a sissy, though. It was definitely a derogatory word in the 1980s and 1990s.
It also has a very vague meaning. Like gay, effeminate, pussy, all these words seem to be used interchangeably and can be descriptive or offensive, depending on context.

It is gender queer, but it's not necessarily the same as trans. Some self-named "sissies" do not consider themselves trans. Some associate with androgyne or non-binary genders, but it's really up to each person to determine that.
I also notice Sissies tend to be wrapped up in the BDSM/kink category and into cuckold and that sort of stuff, which I am not down for.
