Where to meet trans women - any ideas?

As much as bigoted cishets seem to complain about transwomen, I don't see them very often on Tinder or Bumble.

I know I see them on Facebook and BlueSky, and sometimes I meet them at local events, protests, and the like. I'm a gay man and an ally so I am always down to meet new people, party, and talk about socialism.

But I would like to know what apps, if any, that transwomen gravitate towards, as well as other ideas on where people can meet eligible trans people. Thanks!

I'd say OKCupid is very LGBTQ friendly. So is Flure, and Adult Friend Finder, and maybe Feeld.

They're all pretty inclusive. Bumble is too, it lets you choose your own gender, and Hinge as well.

As far as places to meet in person, I would look up local taverns, karaoke clubs and bars, and see which ones are LGBTQ friendly. You can tell just by scanning their facebook page, or maybe word of mouth. I know a few in my city just from the photos the place shares.

OKCupid is good but I also use more trans populated apps like Fiorry, Taimi and Butterfly.

More more mainstream, there's Grindr and HER.

Grindr is actually friendlier to trans people than some think. There are assholes on there but there are assholes everywhere. And a lot of pan men on there are horny for transwomen.

HER is a little more mature and authentic. More lesbians, more intelligent conversation, and a lot of political and spiritual conversation.

Not only clubs and taverns but drag shows, MUNCHES and also meetup groups.

There are always LGBTQ friendly meetups on Meetup.com. Not everyone is trans but it's a friendly community where you can be yourself and people are cool with it.

It's also easier to find your trans allies in big cities as opposed to the south. In the south it's more like you have to seek out the trans-friendly bars, clubs, and restaurants.

Oh yes and Reddit, Reddit has /Trans, /MtF, and lgbt. You can also also find local friends by talking to Reddit people because a lot of liberals, leftists kind of hang out there.
